Responsible for jiu-jitsu training Dan Henderson, black belt Ricardo “Pantcho” commented on Hendo’s preparation for the duel against Michael Bisping at UFC-100, which takes place next Saturday, in Las Vegas.
“The work was very good and we are confident. Now we just have to wait and see what will happen there”, said Pantcho.

“He is very experienced, but we made some adjustments so he doesn't lose positions. His ground and pound is very good, his submission defense is very good and he is very comfortable with his back on the ground”, said the black belt who states how he believes the fight will end.
“I can say that if he gets the chance he will knock him out, that is if Bisping doesn't rush the fight too much”, he concluded.
