Sara McMann has not yet digested the defeat he suffered against Ronda Rousey in February, when she was trying to win the UFC women's bantamweight division belt. On that occasion, the North American Olympic wrestler lost her unbeaten record in MMA when she suffered a technical knockout right at the beginning of the fight, after the champion landed a powerful knee to the body.

The fighter, who returns to the octagon this Saturday, against the undefeated Lauren Murphy, stated that he can't stop thinking about the rematch against Rousey, even if she loses the UFC title in the future. “I'm impatient to fight her again. I don't care if she loses the title, I want to fight her. I don’t care if she drops to 20th in the rankings, I’ll fight her”, said McMann, in an interview with the website of the North American broadcaster “FOX Sports”.

According to the American, Rousey's quick victory was not enough to convince her who was actually the best fighter. “Obviously, her game has holes. She has things that can be explored. I was doing better in the early stages when it came to striking. Sometimes you happen to get caught. It doesn’t mean the fighter is better than you,” she opined.
