About to return to the octagon, with a fight scheduled against Nick Diaz for January 31, 2015, Anderson Silva will get even closer to fans around the world. This Thursday (31), Anderson launched his new official website, www.spideranderson.com, which brings together its own content and publications from its fans. The big news is the variety of languages. In total, there are 70 languages available for instant translation.
Anderson's new website works as a content director for digital media. At the top, Spider's most recent publications on their official profiles are displayed. Soon after, fans have a space for interaction through the use of the hashtag #spideranderson on Twitter, Instagram ou Facebook.
“People from different countries will be able to follow and understand what I am doing on social media. I'm happy to know that fans from the United States, Brazil, Japan and several other places will read what I say in their native language”, said Spider, who already has more than 11 million followers on social media, in an interview reproduced via the official UFC website.
On January 31th, Anderson Silva returns to the Octagon one year and one month after fracturing his left leg in the rematch against Chris Weidman. Spider is in the main fight of UFC 183 against Nick Diaz, who also returns to Ultimate after announcing his retirement in March 2013. The five-round fight will be valid in the middleweight category, with a weight limit of up to 84 kg.
