During “Favela Kombat”, Marcos ended up fracturing his leg when he hit his opponent's knee with a kick.
The scene of Marcos' injury is impressive because it is so close to what happened to Anderson, except for the fact that “Sapo's” kick was applied with the right leg and on the outside of the opponent's knee.
