At UFC 176, in August, Ronaldo Jacare will have the chance to avenge the last knockout defeat of his career. The Brazilian will face Gegard Mousasi, who defeated him with a pedal stroke at the Japanese Dream event in September 2008.
This time, Jacaré will be better prepared and sharper to avoid the Armenian-Dutch fighter's main weapons. At least that's what the fighter's physical trainer, Rogério Camões, guarantees.

The physical trainer also said that Jacaré's strategy for the fight will have an emphasis on the ground game. “Mousasi is a striker, works very well standing up. Therefore, we will try to make Jacaré strong to improve his game, which is on the ground, despite his boxing being very sharp. We are working on that. Ronaldo is already a strong and top name in MMA. Our focus is to continually improve his jiu-jitsu,” he said.
