Despite the two title fights in the main fights of UFC 175, with the champions Chris Weidman e Ronda Rousey defending their titles against Lyoto Machida e Alexis Davis, the first press conference of the event, held this Friday (23), was dominated by Chael Sonnen e Wanderlei Silva. The rivalry between the North American and the Brazilian consumed most of the questions from journalists and fans and reached its peak when the two almost came to blows again.

All the tension between Wand and Sonnen demonstrated in TUF Brasil 3, which ended up culminating in the fight during the recordings shown on national television, was repeated on the stage set up in Las Vegas (USA) for the press conference. At the time of the confusion, the UFC broadcast no longer had the audio of the athletes or president Dana White available, but it is clear that the fighters exchanged several insults before attacking each other. The tempers were only completely calmed down when security guards intervened and definitively separated the rivals.
