This Tuesday (01), the middleweight champion Chris Weidman promoted true real-time monitoring of the surgeries he underwent on both knees. Through your official profile on Twitter, Weidman published some messages and photos of himself before and after the procedure.

“Here we go”, wrote the American upon entering the hospital. Right after shaving the hair off his legs for surgery, Weidman still found time to joke about the situation. “One leg already shaved, now only one is missing. I kind of liked this look,” he posted. Finally, after the operation, the champion thanked the fans who were rooting for his full recovery and commented on the result of the procedure. “Thank you everyone for the prayers and positive thoughts. The surgery was a success,” he revealed.
