After the incredible knockout applied by Mauricio Shogun about Chuck liddell, at UFC-97, the Iceman's top hat and friend, Dana White hung up the former Ultimate champion's gloves. At the press conference after the event, Dana stated that he does not want to see Chuck hurt.
“I don’t want him to fight anyone else. He has nothing to prove to me or the rest of the world. He has a lot of money, there is no reason for that. I don’t care how much he wants to, I don’t want to see him get hurt,” Dana said.
