Conor McGregor e Michael chandler are cast as coaches in the new edition of 'The Ultimate Fighter' and should face each other at the end of the show in the lightweight division (up to 70,3kg), as announced by UFC president, Dana White. Brazilian highlight in the organization, Gilbert Durinho revealed fans for the clash that promises to stir the spirits of MMA fans.
“I think it's a tough fight for Michael (Chandler). I don't think it will be easy, but I really hope Michael knocks him out badly. I don't wish this on anyone, but I hope he has a good victory. Nothing against Conor, but it's just things. The guy was a two-time champion and helped change the sport. He didn't make the right choice on some occasions, but I just want Michael to get the victory”, declared Durinho in an interview with 'Submission Radio'.

Big name in the lightweight division (up to 70,3kg.), Michael chandler has been leading 'wars' in the octagon, but has not been able to transform them into positive results. This is because, in Ultimate, 'Iron' has only two wins in five fights. A Bellator legend, he has a record of 23 positive results and eight negative results.
Conor has not performed since July 2021, but remains in the spotlight on social media and is provoked by lightweight (up to 70,3kg) and welterweight (up to 77kg) athletes.
