Highlight of light weights (up to 70,3kg.), Dustin poirier slapped a man in the face during a march through his city, Louisiana, in the United States. The fighter lost control when he saw the boy with a sign saying 'Hey, Dustin. Your wife is in my messages', a phrase used by Conor McGregor during promotion of the trilogy. Check out the video below.
In the video, you can see the man waiting for Poirier's car. He opens the sign just as the North American passes by, who even calls him closer before slapping him. O 'Diamond', as is known, was next to his wife, Jolie, and his daughter at the time of the incident.

The message in question was spoken by Conor McGregor in promotion of the trilogy, which took place in UFC 264, in July 2021. At the time, the Irishman would have put Dustin's wife's loyalty to the test and even published an alleged video proving the message request made by Jolie Poirier.
The story, however, did not end well for 'Notório', who suffered a fracture in his left leg and ended up defeated by knockout in the first round.
Number two in the lightweight rankings, Dustin has won four of his last six fights and has only been defeated in title fights, against Charles of the Bronx e Khabib Nurmagomedov. The 'Diamante' has a record of 29 triumphs and seven setbacks as a sports professional. He has no new appearance scheduled.
