Getting closer and closer to returning to the routine of a professional fighter, Anderson Silva has been encouraging the people he lives with with the speed with which he has been recovering from the fracture in his left leg suffered in the rematch against Chris Weidman – in December last year. On Thursday night (12), Spider participated in a boxing training session at Team Nogueira, his friend and mentor's team Rodrigo Minotauro. The presence was registered by Jorge Eduardo “Zumbi”, the team's Muay Thai coach, who celebrated the return of the former middleweight champion.

“Today I was very happy to arrive at night for another training session. Who was there in the canteen getting ready to train? Anderson 'Spider' Silva. A lot of excitement to see the 'nigga' back training with master Edelson Silva (Team Nogueira's boxing coach). Thanks, great show!”, Zumbi published on his official Facebook profile, along with a photograph of him appearing alongside Anderson.
