Travis Browne was another prominent UFC name to take a stand against the controversial testosterone replacement therapy TRT. The Hawaiian fighter, who will face Fabricio Werdum in April, he stated that fighters should accept the physical differences that exist between younger and older fighters.

“They should ban TRT, but it’s not my job to say what should happen. I look at the situation as follows: Jon Jones It has a wingspan of more than 2 meters. I want to have a wingspan like that, but I can't. We are all physically different and we have to live with that”, he explained, in an interview with the English newspaper “Daily Telegraph”.

Browne stated that he himself fits the profile of someone who uses TRT, but chose not to adopt the treatment. “I had a complete blood test to see if I was missing anything. They asked me if I wanted them to check my testosterone. For my age, my level is low. I could use TRT, but for what? I don't need it, I don't care. I will fight anyway and punch others in the face anyway,” he said.
