Roy Nelson was excited about the wedding of his next fight, on April 11th, when he will face Rodrigo Minotauro in the main fight of UFC Fight Night 39, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Coming from two consecutive defeats, the North American believes that Minotauro will provide a more exciting fight for the fans than what happened with his last opponent, Daniel Cormier, who overcame him in a warm fight by the judges' decision.

“Cormier did his job the way I knew he would. But I wanted it to be the way Nogueira will be. He's old school, he's a fighter. He will put on a show for the public,” said Nelson, in an interview with the North American website MMA Fighting. “I don't like watching Cormier's style. I like the technical point of view, but as a fighter, I want to see someone looking for glory, and he won't be that guy. If he has won two rounds, he will be more conservative,” he pointed out.

The fight between Nelson and Minotauro will mark the UFC's second trip to the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The previous edition, in 2010, generated a bad repercussion due to the controversial fight between Anderson Silva e Demian Maia.
