As a commentator, Chael Sonnen was used his sincerity to criticize the main fight of the UFC 282. With the absence of Jon Jones in the show confirmed for December 10th, the 'American Gangster' questioned the importance of the rematch between Glover Teixeira e Jiri Prochazka, valid for the light heavyweight title (up to 93kg.). According to the veteran, the dispute that stars the show is not popular with fans.
"Jon Jones will not face Stipe Miocic on December 10th. We have no highlights on this card. There is a title fight that is the most discredited in UFC history. The most discredited rematch. The organization didn't want to promote and you (viewers) didn't ask to be confirmed. The protagonists didn’t do anything either,” said Sonnen, on his channel YouTube.
