This Thursday (9), the UFC released the new poster for event number 169, which will be held on February 1, 2014, in New Jersey (United States).
Initially, the main fight of the night would be the bantamweight belt dispute between the champion, Dominick Cruz, and the interim champion, Renan Barao. However, Cruz suffered a groin injury and gave up his title, which went to the Brazilian.
Now, Barão makes his first defense as linear champion of the under-62 kg category against Urijah faber. on the same night, José Aldo will try to retain the featherweight belt against Ricardo Lamas.
