The good victory over the Argentine Santiago Ponzinibbio last Saturday (09) accredited North American Ryan LaFlare to replace the injured Kelvin Gastelum at UFC on FOX 9. On Wednesday night (12), Ultimate management announced LaFlare as their new opponent. Court mcgee at the event on December 14th.
Ryan LaFlare, 30 years old, has a perfect record with nine wins. The North American debuted in Ultimate with a victory over Ben Alloway and at UFC Goiânia he confirmed his good form by winning Santiago Ponzinibbio. In turn, Cour McGee has a record of 16 wins and three losses. The TUF 11 participant is coming off victories over Josh Neer and Robert Withaker.
UFC on FOX 9 takes place on December 14th, at the Sleep Train Arena, in Sacramento (USA). In the main fight of the night, the challenger Joseph Benavidez tries his revenge against the flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson. In the co-main event, Urijah faber and Michael McDonald do a two-man duel top-3 of the bantamweight category.
