In the final phase of preparation for ADCC 2009, Luiz Felipe “Big Mac” trains hard in Campinas to defend the national selection title:
“I train everything here at Tozzi. Judo, jiu-jitsu, submission and I still cycle to maintain my physical fitness. In the last week I'm going to give my body a rest so I can fight 100% in the championship”, he says confidently. “My expectations are the best possible. It's natural for you to be anxious, nervous, if not excessively, this tension helps you train more and respect your opponents more”, concluded the black belt.
