The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA), the entity that sanctioned UFC Fight Night 32, released, this Monday (11), the list of medical suspensions for the event, which was held in Goiânia (GO) last Saturday.
Ron Jason, who was knocked out by Jeremy Stephens in the opening minute of combat, he received the longest time off given to athletes in the event. The champion of the first season of TUF Brazil is expected to do 180 without physical contact, since, in addition to the damage suffered in the fight, he needed to receive stitches on his elbow after a moment of loss of control in the locker room due to defeat.
Brandon thatch, which passed through the Brazilian Paulo thiago also in the initial moments of the fight, he received the same 180 days of suspension. However, the measure may be annulled if the American presents tests on his right ankle and shoulder.
Protagonist of the main fight of the night, Vitor belfort he will have to spend seven days without physical contact and 14 without fighting. Rafael Feijão, Sam Sicilia, Justin Salas, Adriano Martins and Dustin Ortiz received the same suspensions.
