In an announcement during the broadcast of UFC Long Island, this Saturday (16), Ultimate announced the Brazilian's fight against Islam makhachev. The last lightweight champion, Do Bronx tries to regain his position as 'number one' after controversially losing the belt at the weigh-in for his fight against Justin gaethje. In his career, the Brazilian has 33 triumphs and eight setbacks, in addition to being the organization's record holder for submissions and bonuses. He leads the category ranking and comes from significant victories against names like Tony Ferguson, Michael chandler, Dustin poirier, Justin gaethje.
