Present in the second fight of the UFC Long Island, held this Saturday (16), Dustin Stoltzfus took the audience wild with his performance. Opponent of Dwight Grant, in a fight held at middleweight (up to 83,9 kg), the athlete excited the crowd by suspending his opponent, 'walking' with his rival on his back and pinning him to the canvas. In the confrontation, the pivot of the scene emerged victorious in the unanimous decision of the judges.
In addition to the emblematic episode at the event, Dustin has even more reasons to smile. The middleweight moved up the battlefield, pressured by a positive result.
Before facing Grant, the fighter had accumulated three consecutive defeats and was at risk of dismissal in case of another stumble. The athlete, however, had few scares throughout the 15 minutes of competition.
Outperformed in the event, Dwight starts to worry about his presence in the UFC. Now, he is the athlete who has had three setbacks in a row.
