In addition to winning his second victory in two UFC fights and having played a good role in front of his former US army comrades, Tim Kennedy has one more reason to celebrate his victory over Rafael Sapo at UFC Fight For The Troops: the spectacular knockout delivered by the North American earned him the best of the night bonus.
With this, Kennedy adds US$50 (around R$115) to his bank account. This is the same amount received by Michael chiesa, who beat Colton Smith with a rear naked choke and won the best submission bonus, and Jorge masvidal and Rustam Khabilov, protagonists of what was chosen as the fight of the night at Fort Campbell (USA).
On Wednesday night (06), a North American soldier received an edition of Ultimate for the third time – in the series entitled “UFC: Fight For The Troops”. All proceeds from the event go towards the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, a support fund for soldiers injured in the war and the families of those who lost their lives.
