According to a report from the MMA Mania website, the former UFC lightweight champion, Sean Sherk, will face the dangerous Frank Edgar, at UFC-98, which takes place on May 23, in Las Vegas, in the United States.
Sean Sherk, after losing the lightweight title to B.J. Penn at UFC-84, in May 2008, the fighter recovered by defeating Tyson Griffin in a unanimous decision by the judges, at UFC-90, held in October. Frank Edgar, on the other hand, is coming off a victory over Brazilian Hermes França, at UFC Fight Night 14, held in July.
