The recent outburst of Deiveson Figueiredo begins to take effect. Dissatisfied with the creation of an interim belt in flyweight (up to 56,7 kg), a division in which he is the linear champion, the “God of War” raised the possibility of abandoning the category and moving up to bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg ). If this actually happens, the Brazilian already has a candidate for his debut in the new division.

Last Thursday (23), the former bantamweight champion Petr yan complained about the lack of opponents in the division and launched a challenge to the flyweight champion.
