Responsible for 'welcoming' the Bellator star to 'bare-knuckle boxing', the former UFC fighter also officiated the match. On Instagram, the fighter did not hide his excitement for the fight.
“On August 20th, our team will be in London for the clash against Michael Page. I'm excited to receive Michael Page in the world of bare-knuckle boxing,” wrote Mike, in Instagram.
Although he is confirmed in the new adventure, Page, according to 'BJPenn.com', remains linked to Bellator. Eternal promise of the organization, the athlete recently performed in the confrontation against Logan storley, for the interim welterweight belt (up to 77kg.). In the confrontation, the Englishman ended up being defeated in a split decision by the judges.
Without a UFC contract since 2021, Perry debuted with BKFC in February at the start of this season. On that occasion, the fighter faced Julian Lane, winning on points.
