It didn't take long for Conor McGregor counter criticism from Beneil Dariush about a possible fight against Charles of the Bronx for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg.). The Irishman, who is still planning his return to the UFC octagon, mocked the Iranian's relevance to the organization and deleted the post after just a few hours on air and immediate repercussion.

"Beneil Dariush is the company's big nobody,” wrote McGregor, before a laughing emoji, in his post.Twitter' official.
The answer in question was made after Dariush disapproved of Do Bronx's interest in a fight against the Irishman – who is planning a return to the Octagon later this year.
Despite the provocation, the 'Notório' did not indicate what his next step will be. Recovering from a serious injury in the trilogy against Dustin poirier, McGregor left the possibilities open about an eventual fight against Charles of the Bronx and even move up to welterweight (up to 77kg.) to challenge Kamaru Usman. Despite his relevance, he is not going through a good phase and has won just one of his four most recent fights.
Moreover, Beneil Dariush is experiencing great momentum in the up to 70,3kg category. The fighter has won a series of seven consecutive victories and is in sixth place, but is recovering from a fibula injury during training for the fight against Islam makhachev. In his career, there are 21 triumphs, four setbacks and one draw.
