Former UFC interim lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg), Dustin poirier continues 'on campaign' to carry out a confrontation against Nate diaz. Willing to measure forces with the 'bad boy' of MMA, the North American admitted to being a fan of his possible rival and revealed that he will be frustrated if the clash doesn't get off the ground. In an interview with 'The MMA Hour', the 'Diamond' spoke about the subject.

“I've been watching your fights since I lived at my mom's house, fighting on 'Spike TV'. I'm a fan of him and his brother (Nick Diaz) there are a lot of fans. If he leaves the UFC and I don't have the chance to touch that chin, it will be regrettable”, he concluded.
