ABCF Fighting 23, held last Saturday (7), was a true show of inclusion. At an event held in the city of Parauapebas, in Pará, the organization promoted a confrontation in the 'People with Disabilities' category. The clash marked the confrontation between Geova Rodrigues and Pedro Saraiva Costa, who faced each other in wheelchairs.

According to information released by 'Correio de Carajás', Geova Rodrigues, 38 years old, already has experience in martial arts. The athlete is a karate and jiu-jitsu professional at the 'Associação Girão de Artes Martiais'.
Responsible for sharing the fight field with Rodrigues, Pedro Saraiva Costa, 47 years old, does not have the same 'roundness' as his opponent. The technical difference, however, did not stop the fighter from performing.
