It’s not news that the climate between Dana White and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has not been good since the troubled departure of the former UFC light heavyweight champion, but this Thursday (12) the friction between the athlete and the manager gained another tense episode. Through your Twitter, Rampage responded to statements made by White on “UFC Tonight” and did not mince words when addressing his opponent.
“Dana White, if I were you, I would keep my name out of your mouth. If people ask about me in an interview, it's better to say 'no comments'”, wrote the athlete, now at Bellator, on his profile on the microblogging network. Rampage He even tagged the leader in the post, who did not respond later.
Days earlier, on “UFC Tonight”, Dana White spoke about the departure of Quinton jackson organization and aroused the fighter's ire. “Rampage Jackson wanted to leave the UFC. We let him leave the UFC. We did a lot of things for this guy, a lot of things, personal and professional. Now he goes out and cries about everything. The world is against Rampage Jackson. He must be one of the toughest guys in the world, and all he does is cry about everything,” he said at the time.
Conflicts with the “ex-boss” aside, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson already has a date set to debut in Bellator. On November 2nd, Rampage faces Tito Ortiz, another former UFC fighter and rival of Dana White, in the main fight of the first event in pay-per-view of Ultimate's main rival organization. The fight night takes place in Long Beach (USA).
