“Dear Bisping, I challenge you to stop hosting your podcast, license yourself to fight and face me. Let’s see if this UFC belt and all the respect you have can help you beat me in a boxing fight”, said the YouTuber.

the answer of Michael Bisping arrived quickly. In a video published on the same day, Michael Bisping He stated that he was enjoying his retirement, but did not rule out facing the YouTuber, whom he does not see as a threat.

“I am very happy retired. Very, very happy retired. But I miss the feeling of competing and I don't see Jake Paul necessarily as a threat. I retired from fighting because I only had one eye. I didn't want to risk my other eye. In boxing, with bigger gloves, against Jake Paul? Like I said, I don't see him as a threat. Jake Paul, hitting you sounds fun”, teased the Brit.

Michael Bisping He stated, however, that perhaps the desire to fight is not enough in his case, as it would be difficult for him to be released by an athletic commission due to his eye problem. The former middleweight champion uses a glass prosthesis in place of his right eye as he has progressively lost his vision due to damage suffered in his fights. Still, the Briton offered other alternatives.

“This fight will never happen, but I'll tell you: Jake, if you're watching, if you want to fight, I'll help. Sounds fun. It gives me a reason to train and get in shape. Give me a few months to lose a few pounds and let's go. The only problem is that I won't be released. I doubt any of the athletic commissions would release me because I used to lie about my eye. Now the secret has been revealed. But there are places where they won't care. How about Dubai? How about an Indian reservation? A lot of countries in Europe, Africa, China…the world is our oyster. There are no athletic commissions everywhere. I'm sure we'll be able to find a place that will let us fight”, he suggested.

Lastly, Michael Bisping stated that, although there is a bit of joking in his speech, there is also a bit of seriousness. The British suggested that Jake Paul to face someone his age and with the same conditions, but he also asked the YouTuber to send the fight contract, if he was really willing.

"I am joking? A little. I'm serious? Maybe a little. If you're serious, email me. You've done this before. You're a young guy, you're in your prime. Face a young guy in his prime. You want to face a 43-year-old guy with one eye and no knees, come on. Send the place, send the contract. Send something besides just talking on the Teddy Atlas podcast”, he concluded.
