President of Ultimate, Dana White is not 100% satisfied with the result of the co-main fight of the UFC 273, held this Saturday (9), in Jacksonville (USA). In a press conference after the show, the 'big boss' stated that he disagrees with the victory of aljamain sterling against Petr yan, in dispute for the unification of the bantamweight belt. The president's statement disagrees with two of the three judges, who saw the North American as a triumph.

“The judges ruined the result. I scored three to two in the 'other direction' (in favor of Yan). I don't know how you (the press) scored. It all depended on how they scored in the first round,” said White.

There was a lot of expectation for the clash between Sterling and Petr. This weekend, the athletes shared the Octagon again just over a year after their first fight. The rivalry between the stars grew after the conquest of Aljamain, who won the linear belt after a historic disqualification of the Russian in the UFC 259.

Back in action after a career hiatus to treat injuries, the American showed physical and technical evolution against the then interim champion. Keen on takedowns, the athlete didn't give his opponent an easy time and, in the opinion of the judges, Sal D'Amato and Eliseo Rodriguez, he won on points.

One of the jurors had the same view as White. For Christopher Lee, Petr was the winner of the clash. According to the analyst, the Russian was better in the first, fourth and fifth rounds.
