After Julianna Pena criticize harshly Ronda Rousey during her participation in “MMA Hour”, stating that the former champion became a “joke in MMA” when she left the UFC for WWE, it was up to a young Ultimate promise to come to the defense of “Rowdy”.

Through a post on the social network, Casey O'Neill, considered one of the most promising flyweight athletes (up to 56,7 kg), defended Ronda Rousey of the criticisms of Julianna Pena. The Australian highlighted the former champion's pioneering spirit and called for women to unite in MMA.
"A joke? Because she had some defeats and decided to move on with her life? This is not how it should be. We should support each other as women in this sport. You can have an opinion about someone's abilities, but that's not the case. Forever a trailblazer and all she did for women,” O’Neill wrote.
Thirteenth placed in the flyweight rankings, Casey O'Neill is undefeated in professional MMA, with nine victories, the last four of which were in Ultimate. The 24-year-old Australian returns to the Octagon on July 2, when she faces the veteran Jessica Eye No. UFC 276, in Las Vegas (United States).
