Deiveson's target, Kai Kara-France escapes medical suspension and is cleared to return to the octagon

After defeating and ending the invincibility of Askar askarov No. ufc columbus, last Saturday (26), Kai Kara France reached second place in the flyweight rankings (up to 56,7 kg) and established himself as one of the strong candidates to compete for the belt soon, having even been challenged by the champion Deiveson Figueiredo.

This Wednesday (30), the New Zealander overcame the first obstacle towards a possible title fight. Kai Kara France passed the list of medical suspensions from the ufc columbus and is ready to return to the octagon as soon as Ultimate wants.

Among all the athletes who performed in last Saturday's event, four received indefinite suspensions. Between them Curtis blaydes, winner of the main fight by knocking out Chris Daukas at the beginning of the second round. The heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg) needs to be cleared by an orthopedist due to an injury to his right foot before returning to action. Defeated in the main fight, Daukaus received a 30-day suspension for the technical knockout defeat.

The other names suspended indefinitely are Danaa Batgerel, victim of the night's knockout by Chris Gutierrez, Marci Diakiese and Viacheslav Borschev, who faced each other in the opening of the main card.

PUBLICITY:

Bruno Souza, Matheus Nicolau, Jennifer maia e Karol Rosa, the four Brazilians in action at the event, also escaped medical suspensions.
