2021 champion, Bruno Cappelozza faces Stuart Austin in the second event of the new PFL season

The second PFL event of 2022 takes place on April 28th, with heavyweights and featherweights in action

The Professional Fighters League, which begins its 2022 season on April 20th, with duels between light weights (up to 70,3 kg) and light heavyweights (up to 93 kg), has also confirmed the card for the second edition of the year, on April 28th. In the main fight of PFL 2, the current heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) Bruno Cappelozza stares at Stuart Austin.

Corinthians MMA athlete, Bruno Cappelozza was one of the three Brazilian PFL champions in 2021, alongside Shoe Face e Raush Manfio. The 32-year-old heavyweight won four fights in 2021, three of them by knockout.

Just like the first edition of the season, the PFL 2 It will be based at the Esports Stadium Arlington, in the city of Arlington, Texas (United States). The event will feature duels in the heavyweight and featherweight divisions (up to 65,7 kg). In the co-main fight, Britain's Brendan Loughane returns to the Professional Fighters League decagon to face Japanese prospect Ryoji Kudo, in a featherweight duel.

Still on the main card, the heavyweight runner-up of the 2021 season Before Delija faces Brazilian Matheus Buffa, who makes his debut in the organization. Also in the heavyweights, Renan Problem seeks to maintain her winning streak against Jamelle Jones, another Cappelozza victim in 2021.
