Despite a deal to face Dan Henderson in November, Vitor belfort didn't forget to Chael Sonnen, recent disaffection with whom he exchanged challenges and provocations in recent days. Using your official profile on Twitter, the Brazilian sent a message to the loudmouth in which he claimed to have received information that the North American avoided confronting him.
“Sonnen, you are a very good actor. But you couldn't hide that you're very relieved that you don't have to face me. I know from a very close friend of yours that since I knocked out your coach Matt Lindland, you are too scared to fight me. Don't be afraid to admit it, and let my friend Kenny Florian (American’s companion on the “UFC Tonight” bench) to speak. Only you speak”, wrote the “Phenomenon”.
Matt Lindland, knocked out by Belfort in just a few seconds at the Affliction event in 2009, is not, however, Sonnen's trainer currently. Currently, the North American, who has already trained with Lindland on other occasions, trains at the “Reign” gym, owned by fellow UFC fighter Mark Muñoz.
