After achieving his second consecutive victory in Ultimate, and also winning the “Knockout of the Night” award at UFC Fight Night 26, Hawaiian Travis Browne is already starting to think about his future in the organization. In the press conference that followed the event, Browne hinted at the possibility of facing the Brazilian Fabricio Werdum, third place in the heavyweight division rankings.

"Possibly. I had some problems with this camp. I have to go back to San Diego (USA), spend time with my boys, see how my body recovers. I always agree, I never said no to anything they offered me. It is certainly possible (to fight against Fabricio Werdum)”, said the fighter.

Travis Browne, 31 years old, has a record of 15 wins, one draw and just one defeat, against Brazilian Antônio “Pezão” Silva. Before the victory over alistair overeem at UFC Fight Night 26, this Saturday (17), Browne had won the Gabriel Gonzaga “Napão” in the TUF 17 Finale, in a controversial fight – due to Napão’s coach’s claim that the Hawaiian had achieved the knockout with illegal blows to the back of the head.
