Even with Shogun trying hard to stay focused and forget about all the promotion done with provocations by Chael Sonnen, the loudmouth may have hit a sensitive point in the Brazilian and motivated him even more to fight. This Thursday (15), during the UFC Fight Night 26 press conference in Boston (USA), Shogun revealed that the North American's words against Wanderlei Silva and Brazil bore him.

“I think he spoke very badly about Wanderlei (Silva), who is a good friend of mine, and my country, that is certainly a motivation. But I try not to worry about things like that, focus on training, to get to 100% fight. This certainly bothers me, him talking about my country and the Wanderlei Silva”, said the Brazilian, in the third question about how he deals with Sonnen’s fallacy.
