In a podcast interview French Exchange, the new jiu-jitsu coach of the 'Leoa', Balbino Júnior, bet on a submission victory for the Brazilian in the second clash against the current bantamweight champion (up to 61,2kg).

“I think there is a finish ahead. I see Amanda knocking Julianna down and suddenly submitting her. But we will be prepared for anything. Our goal is victory, to bring the belt back”, declared Balbino.

Bantamweight champion since 2016, Amanda was dethroned in December 2021, after being submitted by Julianna Pena. Even without an official date yet, the rematch is already well underway.
