Star in UFC 272, held this Saturday (5), in Las Vegas (USA), Jorge masvidal is not satisfied with his performance in front of his former best friend, Colby covington. Moments after being defeated by points, in a performance in which he produced little, the ‘Jesus das Ruas’ vented about his performance. One of the points criticized by the athlete was the lack of defenses in wrestling, his rival's strong point.

“My wrestling was sh*t. I missed a lot of transitions. On a technical level, things could have gone a little differently. (…) It’s a fight. If I could go back in time, I would go to college and train a lot more wrestling,” said Masvidal, at the press conference after the show.

Over the weekend, Jorge stepped into the octagon for a historic reckoning for Ultimate. The fighter accepted the challenge of facing his former best friend and training partner for years on the American Top Team.

Confessingly disaffected by Colby these days, Masvidal was unable to fulfill the promise he made in the days leading up to the commitment. In interviews, the American had said that he would beat his rival, something that did not happen.
