Lyoto Machida it's decided! The former light heavyweight champion wants a rematch against Phil Davis. After being defeated by the North American, at UFC Rio 4, an event held last Saturday (03), in a highly contested decision, the karateka is determined to measure forces with the executioner once again.

Still unhappy with the judges' decision, Machida even complains about the rules of the sport. “I'm in shock. I do not agree with this result. I'm very dissatisfied with the rules of MMA, or the rules of the referees. I think they are not preparing adequately to judge the fights. If the UFC allows me, I want a rematch against Phil Davis, because I want to prove that I can beat him”, said the Brazilian, who believes he will have no difficulties in the new fight.

PUBLICITY:

"Yes definitely! I have no doubt that the UFC will fight this fight again, added the Brazilian after UFC Rio 4.

    Lyoto;

Less goes, stay quiet, it's better, of the fights I've watched I don't think I've ever seen you win, the guy is much superior to you.

It's time to stop dancing and fight for real, or else switch to celebrity dancing.

SORRY FOR DEFEATED!!! MACHIDA DIDN'T FIGHT ANYTHING, HE TOOK A FEW BEATS, HE JUST DIDN'T GET ANY MORE, BECAUSE PHIL RESPECTED TOO MUCH, AND NOW HE'S BLAME ON THE JUDGES? DID HE WATCH THE FIGHT AT ALDO? TO SEE HOW IT'S DONE. THE SAME APPLIES TO MR. ANDERSON SILVA, WHO DOESN'T RESPECT THE PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES WHO ENTER THE OCTOGONO TO DO A JOB, AND NOT BE CLOWNING, RESULT??? HE TOOK A WELL IN THE FACE. ANOTHER GOOD EXAMPLE? JONES!! GO THERE, FUCK UP AND COME OUT AS AN EXAMPLE OF A MAN AND AN ATHLETE.

Weak. Either learn to fight, develop a decent punch, or give up. He may be an excellent “Karateka”, but as an MMA fighter he is Weak, WEAK….

Have pity, the American was much superior. He just didn't hit anymore because he was fighting in Brazil.

Lyoto has been managing his last fights to win on points. These are boring fights that no one wants to watch.

This time it didn't work. Don't leave your success in the hands of the judges... fight with more determination and purpose next time.

Be serious. Lyoto had to stay “mute”!
2 fights in total battle…Fighting afraid of taking blows…Ugh Terrible to watch!
You just don't have the noose around your neck because of the prestige you have... But if you were a new hire, you'd already be afraid of being fired...

We have to be fair, Lyoto Machida lost the 1st hold, but won the last two. He applied the best blows to Phil Davis… Without a doubt, Lyoto was better. One more thing is certain, Lyoto has to be more determined and go after his opponents because he has the technique and is very fast, unfortunately Phil Davis managed two takedowns on Lyoto and that was the only difference that made the judges gave the victory to Phil Davis. A lot of people in the comments above are talking nonsense about people who didn't even watch the fight…I hope UFC officials grant this rematch.

For me, he won the first one, landed more hard blows, Davis only managed 1 takedown at the end of the round...
He lost the second, but he won the third by a large margin, I thought this result was very unfair, but let's move on, for me he's a guy who has enormous potential and can beat JJ.

And for the UFC generation haters across the globe who don't understand anything, better stay quiet in your insignificance than comment on things that aren't appropriate, Machida doesn't have to prove anything, a vote was taken 80% agreed with Machida's victory, anyway, watch it again to see draw conclusions and see the most striking blows.

The best blows were undoubtedly connected by Machida. The judges robbed the guy. Rematch now! This Daves is a softie, if you go after him he'll get hit a lot. That's how Rashad beat him. Now Machida has to work a lot on his takedowns. Jiu-jitsu would be good for him.

Lyoto was the best, he hit a lot, Deivis applied takedowns but he couldn't hit (soft) whoever thinks otherwise doesn't understand mma, they only understand what Globo says
