The duel at Bellator London should mark the last fight of Paul Daley's career. In a recent interview with “MMA Hour”, the Brit spoke about his desire to fight on the card in the English capital and stated that it would be his farewell to professional MMA.
A professional since 2003, Paul Daley spent time in the UFC between 2009 and 2010, but was fired from the organization after striking a blow to Josh koscheck after the end of the fight. The Brit fought for the first time in Bellator in 2012, but definitively joined the organization in 2015. During this period, he saw action 14 times, with nine wins and five losses. Daley is coming off a loss to jason jackson in June last year, a result that put an end to a streak of three victories for the Brit.
Andrei Koreshkov, in turn, is looking for its fourth consecutive victory. After a year and a half of inactivity between 2019 and 2021, the Russian was released to fight outside of Bellator due to travel restrictions due to the pandemic and beat Brazilian Adriano Rodrigues at AMC Fight Nights before returning to the circular cage, where won the last two fights.
