The main fight of Bellator 274, an event held this Saturday (19), did not bring joy to Brazilian fans. A member of the traditional 'Gracie Family', Neiman entered the decagon in search of a victory that would put him in a possible fight for the welterweight title (up to 77kg.). However, despite the good moments, the Brazilian had his 'plans frustrated' and ended up being defeated by Logan storley at the points.

In a duel held at the Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncasville (USA), Neiman entered the decagon with his uncle, Renzo Gracie and coach Rafael Cordeiro. However, the Brazilian feels the 'bitter taste' of his third career defeat. He also has 11 other wins.
Storley, in turn, achieved his second consecutive victory and should be the next challenger to champion Aroslav Amosov or Michael Page, for the 77kg belt. Professional since 2015, the North American has a record of 13 positive results and two negative results.
The fight
With game adjusted in 'MMA Kings', Gracie tried to keep the distance standing, but saw Storley controlling the center of the cage and getting closer with good chances in the short distance. The Brazilian, however, used low kicks to control the situation. Faster, Logan feinted and threw the best blows, in addition to avoiding Neiman's fall at the last minute.
The second round had Neiman kicking low. At the same moment, Logan approached and set the time to unbalance his opponent. Just like in the first round, Gracie found himself cornered and received good punches from Storley as he approached.
Still not trying for a fall, Neiman Gracie adopted combinations of jabs and rights as great points to touch the face of Logan storley, who continued to apply a strong pace – despite an obvious bleeding from his nose. The fight, however, was balanced for much of the round.
Neiman's redemption came close to happening in the fourth and busy round, with punches and elbows at an intense pace that made Storley. Feeling the 'taste of blood', the Brazilian grew in combat and adopted an aggressive stance, but received a cross that made him wobble. And he almost didn't get knocked out.
In the fifth round, the two athletes went for 'all or nothing' and exchanged blows at close range. Storley continued to apply pressure, while Gracie bet on counterattacks.
