“I have the best ground and pound in the game. My highest percentage of submissions doesn't come from my standing back hand, as most assume. My highest winning percentage actually comes from the accuracy of my vertical punch from the top. (…) I don’t miss (the ground and pound). I don’t hit (opponents’) arms, but their heads and soft skulls,” McGregor wrote.
