After returning from a serious injury with a victory over Benoit Saint-Denis in October, the Brazilian Elizeu Capoeira There is now a new date to step into the most famous octagon in the world. The Brazilian athlete will face Tunisian Mounir Lazezz in an Ultimate event scheduled for April 16th. The duel will be valid in the welterweight division (up to 77,1kg). Capoeira was away from the Octagon for around 15 months, due to a serious injury to his knee. A former member of the category's ranking, the Brazilian has had an irregular career sequence with two wins and two defeats in his last four fights for the organization. The Brazilian athlete has a record of 23 triumphs and seven setbacks in professional MMA.

Coming from more than a year of inactivity, Mounir Lazzez has one victory and one defeat with the Ultimate gloves. After debuting with a points victory over Abdul Razak Alhassan, the Tunisian was knocked out by the Brazilian Warlley alves in January 2021. The welterweight has a record of 10 triumphs and two setbacks in professional MMA.

The show will be headlined by a rematch between the top-5 members of the category Vincent Luque e Belal Muhammad |. The Brazilians Dhiego Lima, André Sergipano e Caio Borralho will represent the yellow-green flag in the most famous octagon in the world. The card will be held at the UFC Apex, in Las Vegas (USA).
