Nominated by Scott Coker, president of Bellator, as Cris Cyborg's next opponent, the senior Zingano cat has already started to provoke the Brazilian fighter. In a post made on her Twitter, the American insinuated that the featherweight champion is avoiding the anti-doping test, which would be hindering the official confirmation of the fight.

“Hearing that Chris Cyborg is refusing an anti-doping test,” wrote Zingano on his social network.
The featherweight champion did not let it go and responded promptly to the American, stating that the accusation was false.
“Disappointing that you say that. My team can agree to any terms. What is the date?” replied the Brazilian fighter.
Veteran of mixed martial arts, Zingano cat was hired in 2020 and won her two fights with Bellator gloves, against Gabrielle Holloway and Olivia Parker, respectively. Professional since 2008 and former UFC bantamweight challenger (up to 61,2kg), the North American has a record of 12 triumphs and four setbacks.
Featherweight champion since January 2020, Cyborg has already defended her belt on three occasions, against Arlene Blencowe, Leslie Smith and Sinead Kavanagh. The Brazilian has a record of 25 triumphs and two setbacks in professional MMA. The duel against Zingano cat it has not yet been made official by the organization.
