Former double UFC champion, Henry Cejudo He is even willing to resume his career. Ignored after being denied request to face Alexander Volkanovsky for the featherweight title (up to 65,7kg.), 'Triplo C' decided to turn his attention to the bantamweight (up to 61,2kg.). In an interview with podcast 'WEIGH IN', the Olympic champion decided to provoke Petr yan.

“(Petr) Yan is a 'killer', but he doesn't scare me. If I can get to his legs, I'm done. I can do Khabib (Nurmagomedov) style for five rounds,” said Cejudo.

Former flyweight (up to 56,7kg) and featherweight champion, Henry has not stepped into the Octagon since his victory over Dominick Cruz, UFC 249. On that occasion, the American defeated the former title holder with a knockout and, subsequently, announced his retirement.

One of the most successful in the recent history of Ultimate, Cejudo didn't take long to signal a possible return to MMA. The athlete, however, never hid his desire to return to compete for a third belt, in this case, the featherweight belt.

Aware of Henry's desire, the UFC management has shown no signs that the American will get the chance, at least at the moment. Recently, the athlete was passed over to replace Max Holloway in the confrontation against Volkanovski, which takes place in 273.
