After being suspended for 12 months in the United States for doping and confirming his debut in Sengoku 7, the Brazilian Antonio Pezão may face a big problem in his career in America. According to the executive director of the California State Athletic Commission, Bill Douglas, if Pezão faces Yoshihiro Nakao, on January 4th, his fighting license will be hunted in the United States.
Pezão received the hook after winning the now-defunct EliteXC heavyweight title, beating Justin Eilers, in July, using Boldenone. The athlete tried to appeal the decision, presenting new tests, but was unsuccessful, which is why he agreed to fight in Japan, where the suspension is not valid.
