Michael Bisping praises Francis Ngannou, but says Cameroonian would not be successful in boxing

Current commentator believes that the heavyweight champion has gaps in his game and would have to adapt to compete in the 'noble art'

With great knockout power, it is no exaggeration to say that the heavyweight champion (up to 120,2kg.), Francis Ngannou, is one of the most dangerous athletes today. He has even admitted his interest in testing himself in boxing and the possible migration to the 'noble art' remains under debate.

And, in a video on 'YouTube’, Michael Bisping tried to praise Francis Ngannou, but exposed gaps in the Cameroonian's game to justify that he could have problems in his boxing adventure.

“The 'man' (Ngannou) is absolutely terrifying and hits very hard. However, against a boxer, he could not do this, because while moving he leaves too many openings. If he lands a hit, you're f***ed. There’s no reason he couldn’t box, but he would have to adapt his game to knock out boxers,” he said. Michael Bisping.

Holder of the organization's linear title, Francis Ngannou won the belt by knocking out Stipe Miocic, in March of last year. The athlete is now preparing for his first title defense against his former training partner Cyryl Gane, UFC 270. He has a record of 16 triumphs and three setbacks in his professional career.
