On his official Instagram page, Conor McGregor published a “print” of a photo published by Charles of the Bronx at the end of the year, in which the UFC lightweight champion appears alongside the star of the Brazilian national team and PSG. Regarding the photo, the Irishman, who is an illustrious Manchester United fan, wrote that he would “delete them both”.

In a bad phase in the UFC and recovering from a serious injury suffered in his last defeat, against Dustin poirier, in July 2021, Conor McGregor has two assets in his quest to fight for the belt: the ability to promote fights and the desire to Charles of the Bronx to face him. The Brazilian, lightweight champion, has already made public his desire to face the Irishman due to the fight's financial potential.
