Georges St-Pierre advises Conor McGregor to change his lifestyle: 'his value is decreasing'

For the former welterweight and middleweight champion, the Irishman lost 'market value' in his last fights

Away from the Octagon since winning the middleweight belt (up to 83,9 kg) in 2017, Georges St-Pierre remains connected to what is happening in the UFC and, with no intention of fighting for the organization again, seems to feel more comfortable talking about what happens in the biggest MMA organization in the world.

In an interview with the “SPORF” channel on YouTube, the welterweight legend (up to 77 kg) gave his opinion on various topics related to Ultimate, including the former featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) and lightweight champion. (up to 70,3 kg), Conor McGregor, one of the organization's most popular athletes.

Georges St-Pierre stated that the “market value” of Conor McGregor has fallen in recent years and advised the Irishman to change his lifestyle to get back on track.

“Now the value of Conor McGregor is falling. It was very loud at first. I'm talking not in terms of money or promotion, but of status and rankings. His value has been decreasing a lot for a few fights. There is a possibility that he will go back up, but I think things are not going well for him right now. You need to change his lifestyle a little,” GSP advised.

At the time, Conor McGregor is recovering from the serious injury suffered in the defeat to Dustin poirier, in July this year. The Irishman has three defeats in his last four appearances in the Octagon.
