Chris Weidman You are just days away from the biggest challenge of your life. Next Saturday, the North American will challenge the Anderson Silva, the most dominant champion in UFC history, in the main event of UFC 162.

To stay motivated, Weidman stuck a photo of his rival on his refrigerator door. Underneath, he wrote some motivational phrases. "I, Chris Weidman, I will win Anderson Silva on July 6th and become UFC middleweight world champion”, says the message.

Next, five phrases of attitudes that the challenger should take until the day of the fight: “Work hard every day”, “Eat healthy”, “No excuses”, “Refuse to lose” and “Physical , Mental, SPIRITUAL”, written in capital letters.

With nine wins in the same number of fights in his professional MMA career, Weidman will face Anderson, who has a record of 33-4, with 16 wins in 16 fights for the UFC, ten of them as defenses of the middleweight belt.
